Join this sweet experience where you will learn how to prepare one of the most traditional Peruvian desserts. Sweeten your palate with the famous San Francisco Churros, filled with some traditional local sauces.
This culinary journey is fully operated and provided by our experts in authentic local gastronomy and traditional Peruvian flavors.
The class will take place on the 9th floor of the building, which offers amazing views of the city and features local areas with vibrant atmospheres. We call our cooking classrooms “Inspiration Rooms.”

Traditional Peruvian Churros
- Our professional chef will be waiting for you at our meeting point in Miraflores and together you will start this delicious experience.
- You will learn how to prepare the delicious “Churros“, one of the most traditional Peruvian desserts.
- Churros are characterized by their elongated and crunchy shape, and are usually filled with different sauces.
- They are prepared with a dough made of flour, water and egg, which is fried until it turns golden brown. After frying, they are sprinkled with sugar, which gives them a sweet and aromatic flavor.
- At many fairs and events, churros are served hot, making them an irresistible treat for those who try them.
