WHAT IS PREPARED?

Causa:

  • Layers of mashed potatoes seasoned with Peruvian yellow chilli, lemon and  filled with chicken, vegetables or quinua.
CAUSA

Lomo Saltado:

  • The Lomo Saltado is stir fried beef in a wok with onion, tomatoes, and chili peppers, traditionally served over French fries and accompanied by rice.

Chicha Morada:

  • The chicha morada is prepared with Peruvian purple corn, pineapple, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves.

 

  • For 1 person: 46 USD
