WHAT IS PREPARED?

Causa Limeña (Starter): Delicately prepared layers of mashed potatoes, seasoned with Peruvian yellow chili, and a touch of fresh lemon, accompanied by a select mix of vegetables and quinoa, creating a combination of flavors that evokes the richness of Andean gastronomy.

Lomo saltado (Main Course): Thin strips of beef sautéed with onions and tomatoes in a tasty mixture of soy sauce and vinegar, enhancing the flavors with a balanced fusion of textures and aromas. This dish is served on a bed of fluffy rice, accompanied by crispy French fries, creating a delicious and comforting combination.
