In this cooking class we will explore the rich and vibrant Peruvian cuisine, we will cook the most popular Peruvian dishes: Lomo Saltado and Causa. A fascinating mix of Peruvian flavors and cooking techniques. Together, these dishes offer a true taste of the diversity and deep flavor of Peruvian food.
This culinary journey is fully operated and provided by PICC - Peruvian Indigenous Cooking Class, the experts in authentic local gastronomy and traditional Peruvian flavors.

WHAT IS PREPARED?
- Causa Rellena (Starter): Delicately prepared layers of mashed potatoes, seasoned with Peruvian yellow chili, and a touch of fresh lemon, accompanied by a select mix of vegetables and quinoa, creating a combination of flavors that evokes the richness of Andean gastronomy.

- Lomo saltado (Main Course): Thin strips of beef sautéed with onions and tomatoes in a tasty mixture of soy sauce and vinegar, enhancing the flavors with a balanced fusion of textures and aromas. This dish is served on a bed of fluffy rice, accompanied by crispy French fries, creating a delicious and comforting combination.
