WHAT IS PREPARED?
  • Ceviche: Small  pieces of fresh fish marinated in lemon juice, tender onions, cilantro, boiled sweet potatoes and corn, mixed with or without hot chilis.

  • Pisco Sour: One of the most popular cocktails in Peru is the Pisco Sour. It is based on Pisco (kind of brandy), other main ingredients are lime juice, egg white and sugar syrup.
