PERUVIAN COOKING CLASS IN LIMA

STARTERS:

  • Ceviche: Prepared with fresh fish marinated in “Tiger’s milk”—a vibrant blend of fish juices, lime, chili, red onion, cilantro, garlic, and spices—this dish offers an intense and unforgettable flavor. The tiger’s milk not only intensifies the natural flavor of the fish but also perfectly balances the spice and sourness. Served with crispy onions, tender sweet potato, and native corn, each bite offers a refreshing burst of flavor and texture.ceviche
