Coca Leaf Bread:
Discover the ancient properties of the coca leaf, used for its nutritional and medicinal value. You’ll learn how to make artisanal bread with coca leaf flour, an ancient ingredient with energizing properties and high nutritional value. You’ll discover how to properly integrate it into the dough to get a bread with a natural green color, herbal aroma, and mild flavor.
Purple Corn Bread:
We’ll use purple corn flour, rich in anthocyanins and antioxidants, to make a bread with an intense color and a slightly sweet flavor. You’ll learn the techniques for combining this flour with other complementary flours to achieve a balanced texture, creating a nutritious and colorful bread.
Multicolored Quinoa Seeds:
You’ll learn how to work with white, red, and black quinoa seeds, incorporating them into the dough and as a topping to create a crispy, visually appealing bread packed with nutrients like protein, fiber, and minerals.
