We will take you to Huacachina to visit the impressive Oasis, ride a buggy down the steep dunes and slide on a sand board. With its unique combination of adrenaline and natural beauty, Huacachina offers an unforgettable desert experience.
Also, we will go to Paracas, one of the best places to visit in the south of Lima, there are the incredible Ballestas Islands, where you will see a lot of beautiful sea lions, amazing birds and little penguins during the boat tour.

Itinerary
- 5:00 am: Our guide and driver will pick you up from your accommodation.
- 9:00 am: We will arrive in Paracas to visit the famous Ballestas Islands by boat, the tour lasts about 2 hours, you will be able to observe families of sea lions, a great variety of birds and Humboldt penguins.
- 11:15 am: We will head to the Huacachina Oasis.
- 12:30 pm: We will arrive in Huacachina, where we will have time to enjoy the view of this beautiful Oasis in the middle of the desert and take pictures.
- 1:00 pm: Then, we will enjoy the buggy ride and slide on a sand board down the impressive sand dunes. This tour is exciting and beautiful, it will transport you at high speeds to the depths of the desert. During this fabulous adventure we will also have time to enjoy the view of this beautiful Oasis and take pictures.
- 2:00 pm: We will go to the artisanal vineyard “Nieto” and we will have free time for lunch. (Lunch is not included but our guide will help you organize a lunch, prices can be between 30 to 35 soles).
- 3:00 pm: We will have a masterful explanation about the production of Wines and Piscos. Of course you will have the opportunity to taste some and you will have extra time to buy the wines and piscos of your preference.}
- 4:00 pm: We will return to the city of Lima.
- 8:00 pm: Arrival in Lima, we will transfer you to your accommodation.
Important:
- The boat tour to the Ballestas Islands is only by shared boat, organized by Peruvian sailors, there are no private boat tours to the islands.
- Lunch is not included but we will help you organize a meal in one of the typical restaurants of the reserve. Lunch in these places is a bit expensive, around S/. 35.00 soles.

The perfect introduction to Lima with the perfect Guide and Driver! Our guide, Cesar, was professional, knowledgeable, humorous and helpful. He knew the City history, could address our questions, introduced us to local foods, kept everything fun and interesting, and made recommendations for later. We chose the option to be picked up and dropped from the hotel. Wow, that definitely made our life easier given the crazy traffic throughout Lima. Book With Haku=Take Care You!As a party of 3 I had a pain in my stomach threatening to ruin my tour, and potentially my day. Our guide Gabi made it clear from second one she was with us to not only introduce us to all that makes her proud but also to make sure we were cared for. Driver Esayid was kind, also very caring as he drove me back to our hotel. Shortly after Gabi contacted me to see if I felt ok to join in again which I did! Woohoo! Gabi is beyond knowledgeable and such a sweet woman with a great work ethic, a real testament to the ownership/management of Haku. Esayid maneuvered throughout with skill and calmness. I would have used bad words at the wheel! Our day was perfect in every way, not just because Gabi was quick to point out available bathrooms to me 😀but because she loves to share her country. Verified Perfect way to experience Lima
I would highly recommend this tour. I only had one day in Lima and this tour was perfect way to experience so much of Lima and learn a lot of the history of the city. I also tried a lot of the local delicacies. Our guide Cesar was amazing and even provided tips on what to do in my next stop Cusco. We also had a great driver Julio who was there at every stop. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe.

The morning walk at the historic center highlighted buildings and churches with beautiful architectural details and a snack stop of churros. Lunch was hefty at Coffee Brix. The afternoon walk in Chorillos, Miraflores and Barranco featured a cliff jump by Fernando (reenacting El Salto del Fraile), some picarones and pisco and wine-tasting, aside from the sights. Junior was our energetic guide, the perfect guide for a full-day tour. He was ably assisted by drivers Franklin and Luis.
