South Valley Tour

• Pick up from the hotel at 09:00. First, we will go to Andahuaylillas, where there is a beautiful church from the 1600s with an angel- and cherub-decorated organ. See murals and altars with gold decorations.
• Then, we will go to Pikillacta, an archaeological site built by the Wari Pre Incan On its 3000 hectares, there are 700 buildings made of stone, clay, and other materials. One of the rocks has the head of a condor carved into it.
• Afterward, we will move to Tipon, commonly known as the town of guinea pigs, where we will have a magnificent lunch prepared with local products.
• After lunch, we go up to Tipón archaeological site, an Inca site 27 kilometers from Cusco. Find the 12 agricultural terraces still irrigated by water running through massive stone channels built by hand. We will be amazed by the Incas’ impressive knowledge of water engineering and their fantastic system of terraces, which still allow the area to grow many crops today.
• At the end of the tour, the arrival time to Cusco is about 16:30.
