Visit Chan Chan, the largest adobe city in the Americas, built by the Chimú culture, covering 20 square kilometers. Explore its palaces and royal remnants during a 1-hour guided walk. Then, head to the ancient fishing village of Huanchaco for a unique experience in preparing Peruvian ceviche with fresh, local fish and hot mochero chili, guided by a renowned Trujillo chef. The tour concludes with a delicious seafood buffet lunch.

We will begin our journey with a visit to Chan Chan, the largest adobe city in the Americas, constructed by the Chimú culture and covering approximately 20 square kilometers. Enjoy a one-hour guided walk through its impressive palaces and royal structures.
Next, we will head to the historic fishing village of Huanchaco for a unique experience in preparing traditional Peruvian ceviche. A renowned chef from Trujillo will guide you through the process, using fresh, local fish and the signature hot mochero chili pepper.
The tour will conclude with a delightful seafood buffet lunch, offering a variety of freshly prepared dishes.
