DAY 1: Welcome to Lima! Let’s Explore The Lima’s Highlights: Barranco, Miraflores, Chorrillos & Surquillo! (Shared service)

    • Upon your arrival at Lima International Airport, our friendly driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate. He will take you to your hotel. 
    • 2:00 pm: Our tour guide will pick you up from our office or your hotel and our first visit will be to one of highest points of the city, the historical “Morro Solar” located in Chorrillos district, where an outstanding view will be waiting for us and we will be able to learn about the history of this spot and Peru in general.
    • The next spot to visit is the bohemian and artistic district of Barranco, which is the smallest district of Lima. We will visit the plaza, the romantic and mysthical “Puente de los suspiros”. In addition, we will take a look at the beautiful art murals on the streets of this traditional neighborhood.
    • After Barranco, our visit will take part in the colorful and famous district of Miraflores, where we will visit the romantic “Parque Del Amor” that has a very artsy sculpture made by a well-recognized local artist called Victor Delfín and it offers a panoramic view of the Peruvian sea. Then, we go towards “Parque Kennedy” for a walk throughout the park and to have a very nice conversation about the history of such a popular place and of course, watch and pet the cats living in this park and on the trees.
    • We’ll go to a very traditional local market in Surquillo district, where we will learn about many products we grow and harvest in our country, and also learn about the Peruvian gastronomy. We will have a fruit tasting to enjoy the native and exotic products brought from different regions of Peru (Coast, Andes and Amazon).
    • Finally, you will be dropped-off back at your hotel. You will be back at your hotel around 6:00 pm.

DAY 2: The Golden Civilizations: Pachacamac + Lunch + City Tour (Shared service)

  • 9:00 am: Our professional driver will pick you up from your hotel and we will start the tour in Pachacamac, which was a very important oracle in the Inkas time, the name is Inka/Quechua and means “Hearth’s Creator”. Everybody wanted to come to Pachacamac to visit and say thank you to the creator. Pachacamac was also the place of Human sacrifices and payments to the mother heart; natives celebrated large festivities in honor to the gods. 
  • 13:00 pm approx.: We will take you to the restaurant to have a local lunch. 
  • 14:00 pm approx.: We will continue visiting the historical center, which is considered a World Heritage Site protected by UNESCO since 1991 because of all the colonial buildings the city has. Lima also stands as one of the oldest capital in South America as it was founded by the Spaniards in 1535 and became the “City of the Kings”, the most important city for the Spanish Viceroyalty in the whole continent! We will visit places like: “The Main Square”, “San Martin Square”, “and Underground Catacombs” & more.

DAY 3: Welcome to Cusco! (PRIVATE service)

  • Our professional driver will pick you up from your Lima hotel to take you to the airport for your Cusco flight.
  • Upon your arrival at Cusco International Airport, our friendly driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate.
  • Transfer to Your Hotel in Cusco. We’ll take you straight to your hotel in Cusco, where you’ll check in and settle in to begin your exciting stay in this historic city.
  • Hotel Installation and Relaxation. After check-in, you’ll have some free time to relax, acclimate to the altitude, have time for lunch by your own or explore the surroundings at your own pace. Take in the stunning views and enjoy the charm of Cusco, known as the “City of the Incas.”

DAY 4: Pisac & Ollantaytambo With conection to Aguas Calientes! (PRIVATE service)

  • Hotel pick up from at 9:00 am Then we begin the adventure through the Sacred Valley, that is a circuit of about 170 Km., visiting Pisac, 31 km from Cusco. The ancient archeological site is on top of a mountain. We will have the chance to witness firsthand the impressive stonemasonry skill of our ancient ancestors.
  • Then, continue to Ollantaytambo, a military, religious, and agricultural center of the Incas located at the top of a mountain. Note: unlike other small towns, this one has maintained its original Incan design, including outstanding stone buildings and narrow streets and water Chanels. It was once used as a fortress and administrative and urban center.
  • We will have lunch in a nice restaurant.

You will have time to explore by your own before your Ollantaytambo train departure (7:04 pm). You will arrive to Aguas Calientes around 8:45 pm.

EXPEDITION Train Schedule – Ollantaytambo (19:04 pm) – Aguas Calientes (20:45 pm).

Day 5 -Visit the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu (PRIVATE service)

  • 8:00 AM – Hotel Pick-Up Begin your thrilling day at Machu Picchu, you’ll take a bus to the breathtaking Machu Picchu archaeological site (2,430m/7,972ft). This awe-inspiring mountaintop fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in 2007, promises an unforgettable experience.
  • Around 9:00 AM Your expert guide will lead you through the remarkable ruins on a 2.5-hour guided tour, uncovering the secrets of this ancient Inca city. As you wander through the town squares, marvel at the intricate stonework and climb the beautifully carved stairways that connect the terraces. Known as the world’s spiritual center, Machu Picchu offers a deep connection to the mystical energy of the Inca civilization.
  • After soaking in the extraordinary beauty and history of the site, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes and enjoy some time relaxing. From 1:00 to 2:00 PM, savor a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, reflecting on the day’s adventure. Then you will have time to explore the city by your own before your train departures.
  • 4:43 PM – Train from Aguas Calientes to Cusco – The train will depart from Aguas Calientes, the station located near Machu Picchu. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. It offers spectacular views of the Andean landscape. During the trip, you’ll enjoy a comfortable experience with spacious seats and quality service.
  • 8:23 PM – Arrival at Cusco – You will arrive at the Poroy train station, near Cusco, around 8:23 PM. From there, our professional driver will take you to your accommodation in the city, which will take around 20-30 minutes. Depending on traffic and weather conditions, you may arrive at your hotel slightly later than the estimated time.

 DAY 6 – Colorful Cusco Walking Tour! (PRIVATE service)

  • 9:00 am Meeting point at Plaza de Armas de Cusco. The walking tour starts in the colorful San Pedro market; there is probably no better place to witness Cusquean life. Enjoy a firsthand look at how residents live day-to-day outside the postcard perfection of Cusco’s main square. The guide explains this Market’s history as its wanders through the narrow aisles laden with colorful fabrics, meals, fruit juice, bread, and shaman stalls.
  • After, we visit Cusco’s main square. This busy and vibrant space marks the city’s colonial center, featuring wide stone pathways and well-kept colorful gardens.
  • Afterward, we will go to Qorikancha, where Santo Domingo’s convent sits atop the ancient temple. For some unknown reason, numerous invaders were awed by the splendor of this temple when they first arrived because, according to tradition, it was fully gold-plated.
  • At the end of the tour, we will go back to the meeting point (Cusco’s Main Square) around 12:30 pm.
  • In the afternoon (according to your flight details), our professional driver will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Cusco Airport.
