The architectural features and unique flair of Hotel B reflect the celebratory spirit of the time. Constructions were completed in 1914 and the mansion showcased imported Italian marble and exotic woods, as well as an ornate façade, stratospherically high ceilings with “teatinas” (a unique style of skylight favored at the time), open balconies and expansive terraces.
Rooms:There are 17 rooms in three categories located in the historic mansion and the modern annex building. The largest are the five Atelier suites in the historic mansion (all have king-size beds and sitting rooms, and some have balconies), followed by eight Aposento rooms (king-size beds and freestanding bathtubs), and five Alcoba rooms (queen-size beds).
🛌🏼ATELIER (Premium Suite): Atelier rooms have a private terrace, or foyer, plus an ample seating area. Three of these suites are situated in the newest part of our hotel, an expansion into the adjoining art gallery. Think statement walk-through, open-format bathrooms with twin vanity basins, separate rain shower and WC. Some have standalone bathtubs.
🛌🏼APOSENTO (Junior Suite): Situated in both the historic mansion and the contemporary wing, with walk-in bathrooms with separate rain shower and WC (some include a stand-alone bathtub). There is also a seating area for two.
🛌🏼ALCOBA (Standard Room): Located in both the historic mansion and the contemporary wing, our Alcoba Suites have Queen beds and walk-in bathrooms with a single basin, separate rain shower and WC. There is a seating area with space for one, plus a desk.
